Love is dashed when the reality of social classes crashed down on them. Not only is she literally out of Aladdin's league, but she is also betrothed to be married. Heartbroken, Aladdin goes to the Cave of Wonders. And fate steps in, rather hysterically by a larger-than-life genie (thank you, Robin Williams).
